I have just been reading that we are facing a Measles Increase in England and Wales.
There has been 1,049 cases confirmed up to the end of October 2008, overtaking last years total of 990. This being the highest number of measles cases recorded in England and Wales since the monitoring of the disease was introduced in 1995.

How could this have happended in this day and age to a child. The pain and suffering inflicted to that little boy is beyond belief.

Surely George Brown should have seen this financial disaster coming . For goodness sake he was chancellor of the exchequer for ten years. Over that time we have had house prices going out of control, obviously it couldn't continue. As for Mr Darling he couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery , let alone the economy of a country that is already on a down ward slope. As always it's your every day man and woman who seem to have suffer at the government's incompetence.
Would be interested in other views.

Just how much more help does Gazza expect. He has everything offered to him to get him off his drink problem , but all he seems to do is take it ,and then go back to his self destructive life .
So he was once a footballer , is that supose to be an excuse for the road he has taken.
he had it all , fame , money and had a good life , more than most of us can expect, yet we are supose to feel sorry for him.

The stastistics of this survey shows the worrying uncontrolled immigration we have in this country. Only two in every three babies born in this country are white british, 9% of babies are Asian and 5% black british.
Just 64.4 % of babies born in this country in 2005 were white british. Another survey needs to be done up till 2008, as I believe the percentage of white british babies born would be down dramatically.
This goverment does not seem to be able to control who comes into this country legally or otherwise.
Anything done now is all too little ,too late.

Great picture of Kate Moss on page 3 of the Sun newspaper, but looks more like it should be in a mens mag , not a national daily paper.
To me Page 3 has always been kept about as far as you need to go for a daily paper , but the two of Kate Moss are a bit over the line.
Or maybe this is what the Sun is after , to slowly get a little more showing, till in the end its full nudity.
Maybe they should change the name of the paper to " The Daily Star 2"

Do people really care about Kerry Katona being made bankrupt, At a time when people are struggling to keep their homes, pay their bills, and their taxes.

She has earned more than most people will see in a life time , yet she blew £1,000 a week on cocaine alone. Then you have the booze.
Are we suppose to shed a tear for her having to sell off her fleet of luxury cars, i dont think so kerry.
Even after this is paid , she still a wealthy woman. And will undoubtably sell the story to the papers.
All I can say is TUFF !

And we wonder why the National Health is in the state its in, when people like 40 stone Leanne salt costs them £200,000 to have her triplets delivered, on a bed that had to be reinforced, and complete with a winch . Surely some of this money would have been better spent helping her to lose weight.

I would like to wish Jade goody all the very best in her fight against cervical cancer and I hope she has a speedy recovery.
I would also like to ask why is it that any story regarding her, mentions the alleged "Racial Abuse" towards Shilpa Shetty
